EVENt PLANNING

A comprehensive start to finish approach that accounts for each and every detail of planning and design. Whether the event is to take place at an established venue, or be built from the ground up at a private residence, planning begins with the fundamentals of budget development and careful vendor selection and from there, thoughtfully accounts for every detail, logistical component, and guest experience.

Services include:

On-Site execution

A consolidated level of execution-only services for clients who have planned their wedding themselves, but want the comfort of professional oversight and coordination on the actual event day to ensure the plans they’ve made are seamlessly executed.

In this capacity, Alexandra conducts a comprehensive handover process. A site visit is coordinated, all plans and details are carefully vetted, and communication with all hired vendors is fully assumed from that point forward to ensure complete coordination of all logistics.

Alexandra strives to gather each and every detail (from ceremony specifics and personal items, to allergy sensitivities and seating charts) in order to fully embed herself in the planning process; as if she’s been involved from the very beginning.

A thoughtful reception flow, detailed planning schedules and a comprehensive complete-day timeline are created and utilized by the on-site planning team to ensure a well executed, successful event.

 
 

event design

A collaborative process that develops the overall look and feel of the event. Depending upon the complexity, this can include floorpans and layout, floral design, stylized tablescape, custom production pieces and a well-designed paper suite.

Alexandra partners with the very best vendors to deliver products of the highest quality to her clients. While event design is an integral component of planning, it is also offered as an independent service.

PAPER PRODUCTS
